What type chair cover do I need?

Check out “chair covers tab” to assist you in figuring out what chair cover style and size will work or you may contact                                                                                                                        us with the following information: whether the chair you will be using is a metal folding chair, a wooden folding chair,                                                                                                               or a stackable banquet chair. Every facility classifies their chair as a standard. We encourage you to determine the proper                                                                                                          style chair in order to determine the best fit. We recommend ordering a sample for a small fee. It is your responsibility to                                                                                                      take your sample to the facility and make sure that it fits correctly on the chairs you will be using. This sample is                                                                                                           important to ensure there will be no "surprises" when you receive your order.

What size table linen do I need?

The size of the table linen you need depends on the size of the table you will be setting up and the look you are looking                                                                                                          for (chair length, floor length, etc) You may contact us with the table size and we will recommend the linen.

What are the deposit requirements?

To reserve your linen, we require a 35% deposit. The deposit is deducted from your final balance. A final headcount and                                                                                                             final payment is needed two weeks prior to event. At that time, we will recalculate the total based on actual counts less                                                                                                          the deposit. The deposit is non-refundable in the event you cancel. You can pay by credit card, cash, check or money order.

Will I be charged a sales tax?

Yes, We are required to charge sales tax to all orders.

Do you sell linen?

No, we don't. We only rent linens.

What is the typical shipping cost?

Round trip shipping runs an average of .60 cents per chair cover and about .70 cents per table cloth. Shipping on                                                                                                            napkins & table runners are typically included if you order chair covers & linen. To get an actual cost, please contact                                                                                                                us or you can “request a quote”. You may also pick up your order for no additional cost if you are located in the                                                                                                                    central Georgia area or you can have someone pick up for you.

When will I receive the linen?

The linen is shipped via UPS and arrives 1-2 days prior to your event. You will receive UPS tracking numbers. If                                                                                                                       you do not, please contact us and we will supply them. Or the linens can be picked up from our showroom one                                                                                                                      day day prior to your event after 12 noon.

When do I have to return my linen?

You will a receive return label with your linen. They need to be boxed up and ready to ship the following business day.                                                                                                              You can call 1-800-PICK-UPS or you can drop off at a UPS store. If the boxes are lost or damaged, please replace                                                                                                                   the boxes and contact us for new labels to avoid late fees.

What is the ordering procedure?

Once you figure out what linen you need, contact us or request a quote online. If you would like to order a sample,                                                                                                              please go to the “order a sample” tab. If you are happy with the quote, you need to put down your 35% deposit to                                                                                                               reserve your order, along with signed contract and credit card on file. Also, please review our “rental terms and                                                                                                            conditions”. Once you make a deposit, you agree to abide to those terms and conditions set forth for linen rental                                                                                                                       your order can be shipped or picked up one day prior to your event and needs to be returned the following business                                                                                                              day. If there are missing or damaged items, we will notify you for replacement charges.

When is final payment due?

Final payment is due two weeks before your event. You may pay by credit card, cash or money order. Checks must                                                                                                                       be received 2 weeks in advance. A valid credit card is required for each order to ensure return.

When is my final count due?

Final count is due two weeks prior. At that time,if being shipped you will need to confirm the ship to address.

What size table linen do I need?

The size of the table linen you need depends on the size of the table you will be setting up and the look you are                                                                                                                 looking for (chair length, floor length, etc) You may contact us with the table size and we will recommend the linen.

Is there a minimum order?

No. But rush charges will apply if order is placed the week of your event.

Where do you ship to?

To all fifty states.

Can I order a sample?

Yes, request a sample check out form. Samples are mailed out in 1-2 days. They require a credit card on file.                                                                                                                           . You may keep the sample for up to three days beffore returning.

Who installs the linen?

You are responsible in setting up the linen. Although set up is available as a added service, contact us for more info.

Are sashes pre-tied?

No. It is pretty simple to tie the bows. The material is really easy to work with. If you can tie your shoe, you can                                                                                                                            tie a sash. Also remember to un-tie all sashes and self-ties prior to returning to avoid additional charges.

Do I need to iron the linen?

The linen is pressed before boxing them up. They will have creases due to going through the press machine.                                                                                                                        They are ready for use when you receive them.                     

What if I am missing something in my delivery?

Please check your order upon receipt. If there are any problems, please contact us immediately so we can                                                                                                                         resolve the issue.

Do I have to wash the linen to return them?

No. Just shake them out to remove loose food and debris.

What if something is damaged during my reception?

Damage to linen is considered cigarette burns, wax from candles, cuts and mold. Do not worry about a spilled                                                                                                                      glass of wine. Please let the linen completely dry before returning linens, otherwise the linen will get mold which                                                                                                                       can not be removed.
